Baked Apple (New York City with legalized marijuana)

On April 20, 2009 (“420” is slang for marijuana), High Times magazine held an annual party and beauty pageant in New York City. The sponsor hoped to “turn the Big Apple into the Baked Apple and help us usher in a new era of marijuana freedom in America.”

“Baked Apple” could be an annual symbol for this movement.

SAN FRANCISCO — On Monday, somewhere in New York City, 420 people will gather for High Times magazine’s annual beauty pageant, a secretly located and sold-out event that its sponsor says will “turn the Big Apple into the Baked Apple and help us usher in a new era of marijuana freedom in America.”

The Annual High Times Magazine’s Annual “Secret” 4/20 Party And Beauty Pageant Details
Today is 4/20. And, if you are a pot head, this is your Christmas.  Yesterday, the NY Times reported on The High Times Magazine’s annual beauty pageant that takes place on this day each year at “a secretly located and sold-out event that turns the Big Apple into the Baked Apple.”  If you are a fan of marijuana freedom in America, you clearly should be at this party/pageant tonight.  Which is why we have all of the “SUPER SECRET” details of it’s location below…

There were only supposed to sell 420 tickets, but they couldn’t help themselves.  Sharing is as important in bong passing as it is in partying.  So, for only $20, you can get a pass into the party and pageant tonight at (Drum Roll):

Studio B, 259 Banker Street in Williamsburg.

Doors open at 7pm and the show begins at 8. DO NOT call the club regarding this event.
