“You can tell who’s winnin’ by who’s whinin’” (Ross Perot)

“You can tell who’s winnin’ by who’s whinin’” is said to be a quote by Texas billionaire H. Ross Perot. The quote isn’t on many websites, but one website (below) claims that the saying is from Texas.

Wikipedia: Ross Perot

“Just like Ross Perot said, ‘You can tell who’s winning by who’s whining!’ And the louder the press whines, the better I like it!”

“It is always the stuck hog who squeals.”

As they say in Texas…

You can tell who’s winnin’,
by who’s whinin’!
