“America without her soldiers would be like God without His angels”

“America without her soldiers would be like God without His angels” is a popular military saying that was cited on Twitter on August 6, 2011, where it was credited to author Claudia Pemberton. Pemberton is the author of Love Leaves No One Behind. (2007) and the saying appears on the Writings by Claudia website. It is uncertain, however, when Pemberton first used the saying.

A retired U.S. Army Ranger thinks that facing death was a thing of his past until confronted with his own mortality and that of the woman he loves.
In this thrilling tale, a heartbroken but driven woman and a former U.S. Army Ranger find a love so powerful and pure that it transcends every barrier—-even death.

AMERICAN WITHOUT HER SOLDIERS IS LIKE GOD WITHOUT HIS ANGELS

Based on Matthew 25:41, I think the last part should read: “the devil and his angels.”
