Drink Every Afternoon (Drug Enforcement Administration or DEA nickname)

The U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) was formed in 1973 to combat drug smuggling. The DEA nickname “Drunk Every Afternoon” has been cited in print since at least 1993. “DEA—Drink Every Afternoon” has appeared on T-shirts since at least 2003.
 
The DEA has also been nicknamed “Don’t Expect Anything” (cited in print since at least 1988).
