FDA-hole (Food and Drug Administration + asshole)

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration regulates and supervises food and drug safety. Stephen Colbert, host of Comedy Central’s The Colbert Report, popularized “FDA-hole” (Food and Drug Administration + asshole) on January 6, 2014. The term was quickly noticed on Twitter.

“Not the fda holes!!!” was cited in print in May 2008.  The libertarian website Daily Paul published this comment on December 21, 2008:

“But until we get those perversed big pharma, FDA holes are out of work, the US is going to continue pushing pills and shoving GMO’s and preservative laden food down our throat, and then wonder why we are obese, diabetic and cancer ridden.”

Wikipedia: Food and Drug Administration
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA or USFDA) is an agency of the United States Department of Health and Human Services, one of the United States federal executive departments. The FDA is responsible for protecting and promoting public health through the regulation and supervision of food safety, tobacco products, dietary supplements, prescription and over-the-counter pharmaceutical drugs (medications), vaccines, biopharmaceuticals, blood transfusions, medical devices, electromagnetic radiation, cosmetics, emitting devices (ERED), and veterinary products.

The FDA also enforces other laws, notably Section 361 of the Public Health Service Act and associated regulations, many of which are not directly related to food or drugs. These include sanitation requirements on interstate travel and control of disease on products ranging from certain household pets to sperm donation for assisted reproduction.

Anyone in those systems know how crappy nationalized health insurance can be. The time it takes to wait for services, and how you have to see some of the lowest quality providers in the United States. And that’s just a fraction of the population, imagine tripling the population in those systems??? What we need is preventive health care! And natural alternative medicine. But until we get those perversed big pharma, FDA holes are out of work, the US is going to continue pushing pills and shoving GMO’s and preservative laden food down our throat, and then wonder why we are obese, diabetic and cancer ridden.

These FDA-holes are coming after our food animals (as if there are any other kind), so I am giving a Wag of my Finger to the FDA. First of all, antibiotics are the only nutrition left in our meat. That, and the blue dye in the FDA stamp. My doctor says I am not getting enough Stamp.
