“(I Love to Play Piano) Let Me Bang Your Box” (1950s)
"(I Love to Play Piano) Let Me Bang Your Box" was a 1950s novelty song by The Toppers. Robin Byrd (http://www.robinbyrd.com) plays the song at the end of her Manhattan cable tv sex show, "The Robin Byrd Show."

The porn industry guests on the show strip and dance to the tune (not really all about playing a piano, of course) at the show's end. The song and the Robin Byrd Show attained a cult status in the early 1980s, but Times Square and the entertainment world have changed considerably since then. The show appears in cable often in re-runs, and many of the porn palaces mentioned are now gone.

Well my baby had a party the other night
The party was gettin' dead
I spied a piano in the corner
Looked at my baby and said

Baby let me bang your box, baby let me bang your box
Baby let me play your eighty-eight
I'm gonna bang 'til the whole house rocks
(...)
I've been playin' piano, large and small
But you've got the best piano of all
I banged everyone in the neighbourhood
Never banged one that sounds so good
I've got a shuffle, a back beat, a boogie woogie too
But when I play my jelly roll you won't know what to do

She is obnoxious.
She is aggressive.
She appears nude on her show annually on New Years Eve.
She sells all sorts of adult junk on her web site.
She is a bit plump and too middle aged to be a porn star.
As a publicity stunt, she and Barry Manilow staged their engagement.

Why might not be annoying:
She prefers women over men.
She is still able to maintain a career.
