“24/7” means “24 hours a day, 7 days a week”—all the time. It does not mean “July 24th,” but there have been several jokes about that.
“You work 24/7? Wow, I work July 24th too, and most other days!” was cited on Twitter on February 14, 2013. “My new boss told me he expects me to be on call 24/7 but I don’t really mind as July 24th is ages away” was cited on Twitter on October 8, 2015.
