“Party hearty!” means to celebrate with great enthusiasm. “Make your party hearty” was in a 1973 print advertisement for Jeno’s Pizza Rolls; “We Party Hearty” was cited in print in 1975. The term “party hearty” has appeared frequently in print since the mid-1970s and was popularized by its use in several songs.
Other “party” phrases include “party down” and “party on.”
