If you see something, say something

"If you see something, say something" was the Metropolitan Transit Authority's 2002 response to terrorism. The Village Voice voted this slogan "Best ridiculous use of MTA marketing dollars" in its "Best of NY 2004" issue.

Of course, this plan would work better if you could use your cell phone to dial 911 in the subway. How else are you supposed to "say something"?
