Supreme Dorks (U.S. Supreme Court nickname)

The U.S. Supreme Court was established in the United States Constitution in 1789 and is the highest federal court in the Untied States. “Supreme Dorks” is an unflattering nickname that has been used infrequently since at least 2000.

“That’s why federalism as envisioned would have worked so well IF the Supreme Dorks would not have allowed ‘...regulate interstate commerce’ to mean ‘....regulate anything you feel like’” was cited in June 2000. “The ‘ruling’ that the supreme dorks handed down is a piece of dung” was cited in December 2000.

Wikipedia: Supreme Court of the United States
The Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) is the highest federal court of the United States. Established pursuant to Article III of the United States Constitution in 1789, it has ultimate (and largely discretionary) appellate jurisdiction over all federal courts and over state court cases involving issues of federal law, plus original jurisdiction over a small range of cases. In the legal system of the United States, the Supreme Court is the final interpreter of federal constitutional law, although it may only act within the context of a case in which it has jurisdiction.

The Court consists of the Chief Justice of the United States and eight associate justices who are nominated by the President and confirmed by the Senate. Once appointed, justices have life tenure unless they resign, retire, take senior status, or are removed after impeachment (though no justice has ever been removed).

We’ll see more and more of this in years to come, and it may even come to pass. The problem is the bigger the federal gov’t gets relative to the state gov’ts (i.e. the more unconstitutional usurpation of power that occurs), the less and less our voice is heard as citizens (due to the ratio of people to legislators becoming so ridiculously high that the legislators are ruled by the media, not us), and therefore the more discontent the people become, as the gov’t laws get out of touch with the various states’ citizens’ values. That’s why federalism as envisioned would have worked so well IF the Supreme Dorks would not have allowed “...regulate interstate commerce” to mean “....regulate anything you feel like”.

What an emotional roller coaster day. First we have the Supreme Dorks ruling against private proptery holders. Now we have this great news that a jury of Americans have finally taken the steps to reclaim our country!

WOW the supreme dorks finally got something right! My question is—how can atheists be so offended about something they don’t think exists? HMMMMMM? Makes you wonder! Maybe they want to control the actions of others sort of like the libs in the white house! Wake Up America!

Predictably, that deficit of power spurred the Supreme Dorks in the 1870s to invent an “interest” for the feds in immigration. No wonder Leviathan has triumphed almost completely over our liberty of movement since then.

It wasn’t enough for the Supreme Dorks to uphold our enslavement to the medical-insurance conglomerate. Now they’ve tried to redefine “marriage,” too. Funny, I don’t see “lexicography” anywhere in their job-description, no doubt because it’s above their pay-grade. Yo, Bozos: east doesn’t become west nor up down just because you say so.
