“Pig” is slang for a policeman, and this is used in a popular joke. A teacher asks her class (Detroit is often the location), “What sound does a cat make?” “Meow!” answers a student. “What sound does a cow make?” asks the teacher. “Moo!” answers a student. “What sound does a pig make?” asks the teacher. “FREEZE, MUTHA FUCKA!” one student replies.
