“The best beer in a homebrewed batch is the last one you drink”

“The best beer in a homebrewed batch is the last one you drink” means that the last drink has been conditioned longer and will taste the best. “One of the remarks I’ve heard many times is usually the best beer of the batch is the last one you drink” was cited in print in 2007.

But as everyone here will tell you the best beer in your batch is the last one you drink because it has conditioned longer.
