“I run (entirely) on caffeine and anger” is a coffee saying that has been printed on many images.
 
“OH at Axis Cafe, my new office for the next 4 months:  ‘I run on caffeine and anger.’ Couldn’t have said it better” was posted on Twitter by Heather Fleming on January 18, 2011. “I run entirely on caffeine and anger” was posted on Twitter by mik on March 2, 2016.
