Celebutante
Paris Hilton is/was sometimes described as a "celebutante." The word is a combination of "celebrity" + "debutante."

20 July 1986, Chicago Tribune, city edition, pg. 1:
A TRENDY GOTHAM TREK WITH MR. MUSTO
(...)
James St. James, all of 19, plops down next to Musto, bringing his pal Lisa
E. along for the ride. St. James is a self-styled "celebutante"; Newsweek
coined the word and St. James is glad to wear it.

He is sporting a leopard Spandex jumpsuit, a red vinyl maxi coat (vintage 1970), a motorcycle cap and a bag that reads "Alcohol Kills." Lisa E., age 20, is a bit more sedate: She is wearing a red T-shirt stretched tightly over a rather impressive figure.
