“Intensity builds immensity” (bodybuilding adage)

“Intensity builds immensity” is a bodybuilding adage that has been credited to the professional bodybuilder Kevin Levrone since at least January 2001. The saying means that intense workouts build a stronger body (“immensity”).

The saying is also sometimes given as “intensity equals immensity.” One frequent poster at Bodybuilding.com credits Lee Haney for the saying, but the earliest printed citations all credit Kevin Levrone.

Intensity
There is a saying that goes like this “intensity builds immensity”. This in fact may sound corny but it does have some truth to it. This is especially true in the V.I.T.® program. Have you ever noticed that when you are not focused on your workout, you will end up going through the motions but when you focus in on your workout, you will end up having a great one? Intensity is the key to using the V.I.T® program successfully.
