“Lullabuy of Broadway” (Milford Plaza)
The Milford Plaza calls itself the "Lullabuy of Broadway." Since the 1980s, its ads have featured the classic song "Lullaby of Broadway."

Actually, the Milford Plaza is on Eighth Avenue and 270 West 45th Street, and not on "Broadway" at all. However, it is very close to the "Broadway" theatres.
