NYC Volunteer Expo
The NYC Volunteer Expo was a success in 2005 and may become an annual event.

The NYC Volunteer Expo is a program run through the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce Community Benefit Fund, a nonprofit 501c(3) organization. This organization is an affiliiate of the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce (http://www.manhattancc.org) and supports the MCC's outreach in the community to promote a better quality of life for all New Yorkers.

This mission also includes the organization and management of the 2nd & 3rd Ave. Community Benefit Fund Street Fairs on Manhattan's upper east side whereby over $2.0 million has been donated to several nonprofits in that neighborhood over the past 12 years. In keeping with MCC's mission, the inaugural NYC Volunteer Expo, Share Your Heart....Volunteer, began in Feb 2005 and will now be an integral part of MCC's annual outreach to support the community. The dates of the 2006 Expo are April 28th & 29th during National Volunteer Week.
