“Racism!” and “Racist! are politically charged terms, often used after other factual arguments fail. The political right has often charged that the political left uses the “race card” argument when race is not at issue.
 
Extra use of the letter “a” (such as in “raaacism’ or “raaaacism’ or “raaaaacism”) is meant to imply that the user is crying out, like a baby’s cry. “Raaaaacist’ is cited in print from at least 1998. In 2009, the blog The Other McCain declared: “There are 5 A’s in ‘raaaaacism.’” The spelling with five of the letter “a” has become the most standard spelling of this “racism/racist” cry.

But that would pose a problem…the Albanians would naturally benefit through that more than Serbs would. I would say, tax the Albanians FOR having children, tax Serbs more if they don’t, but then, you know the rest of the world would find out and scream “raaaaacism, raaaaacism.”
