SMASH (Salmon, Mackerel, Anchovies, Sardines, Herring)

SMASH (Salmon-Mackerel-Anchovies-Sardines-Herring or Sardines-Mackerel-Anchovies-Salmon-Herring) is an acronym for fatty fish high in Omega-3. The acronym has been used since at least 1996.

If you add some fatty fish as the met twice a week then I’d say you’d be covered omega three wise. [SMASH] Salmon, mackerel, anchovies, sardines, herring are all excellent sources.
