Teapublican (tea party + Republican)

A “Teapublican” (also “TEApublican” or “TeaPublican”) is a tea party Republican, supporting tea party ideals of low taxes and limited government. The opposite of a Teapublican is a RINO (Republican In Name Only).

“Teapublican” has been cited in print since 2009.

Urban Dictionary
Teapublican
Tea Party + Republican A member of the Republican party, with strong anti-government sentiments, who often believes that national security, and expressions of patriotism, corporate fealty, and constitutionalism, are fundamentally more important to America’s national character than the general health, education and welfare of its citizens.
Fed up with moderate Republicans, he decided he would only vote for Teapublicans.

MADDOW:  So much for the tea party contingent running insufficiently, right-wing Republicans out of the party, right?

Well, now, at least according to Dick Armey and Michael Steele, the Republican Party are the tea partiers and the tea partiers are the Republican Party, they are GOP-baggers, the tea-publicans.  They are one.

COMMENTS
I love the name Teapublican and use it to describe myself.
The Republicans need to clean house as much as clean up the Government and get rid of all the RINOs.
