"Victicrat” (from the word “victim” and the suffix “-crat,” meaning an advocate of a particular form of rule) was coined by libertarian commentator Larry Elder and has been cited in print since 1998. Elder objects to blacks constantly playing the victim, blaming others for their status. He suggests to work hard within American society, not against it.
The term “victicrat” has had limited use on political blogs, but was popularized by the rap video “Victicrat,” released October 23, 2009 on YouTube.
somebody that believes themself to be a victim in every situation such that they just stop trying.
that person won’t stop wasting their life with drugs and won’t get a job because that person is just a registered Victicrat.

Q. What’s a “victicrat”?
A. Victicrat. I invented it. It’s explained in my book, The Ten Things You Can’t Say in America: “Victi” as in victim, and the suffix “-crat” as in a supporter of a certain kind of ruling body.
a combining form meaning “ruler,” “member of a ruling body,” “advocate of a particular form of rule,” used in the formation of compound words: autocrat; technocrat.
< Gk -kratēs as in autokrats autocrat; r. -crate < F < Gk, as above

My evening with Chris Rock
If you’re unfamiliar with young black comic Chris Rock, too bad. Oh, his raw, in-your-face humor won’t suit everyone’s taste. He is hip, witty, brash and sometimes vulgar. Oh, and funny. Real funny. Part Richard Pryor, part Mort Sahl, Rock, recently profiled on “60 Minutes,” blasts away at what I call the victicrat mentality. Blacks complain that the media distorts our images. Get real, Rock says, when I nervously go to a money machine at night, I ain’t lookin’ over my shoulder for the media!

Make the crooks’ day, blame the cops
Back to Dershowitz’s dictum that “almost all criminal defendants are, in fact, guilty.” The “black leadership’s” attack on these four officers—the willingness to assume the worst of motives—reinforces the “victicrat” mantra: “The cops hate us. The cops are racist. The cops are stormtroopers.” Given that attitude, who loses? The inner-city community.

I live in LA and listen to Larry Elder on KABC 790AM every day. He’s the coolest fucking talkshow host ever! He’s this black guy that grew up in south central, got into Brown, went to UMich law school, practiced law, and now is a libertarian talk show host. Every day he goes off on the war on drugs, the welfare state, the “victicrat” (democrats who say everyone’s a victim) mentality, the “hating whitey” mentality of Jesse Jackson and those fuckers, and just in general tells it like it is. He’s by far the number one talk show host in LA and he’s a libertarian so he at least gets the ideas out there.

A “victicrat” blames all ills, problems, concerns, and unhappiness on others. This black victicrat mentality emerges in strange, unpredictable, confusing, and frequently inconsistent ways.
