The 2020 COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic had infected people suffer a loss of taste. “For the COVID screening, they asked if I had experienced a sudden loss of taste. ‘No, I’ve been dressing like this for years’” is a joke that was posted on Twitter by dave_the_libn on June 21, 2020.
   
“Went for a Covid test yesterday. The nurse asked me if I have had a sudden loss of taste? I said NO, I always dress like this.
