That is, a powerful leader makes decisions without the “sheep” (powerless followers).

On the American medieval fantasy television series Game of Thrones, the episode “You Win or You Die” that originally aired on May 29, 2011, the character Tywin Lannister said:

“A lion doesn’t concern himself with the opinions of a sheep.”

Transcriptions of “the lion” and “the opinion” (cited below on Wikiquote and IMDb) are incorrect.
