Under the new D.C. emergency coronavirus law, restaurants and bars can deliver alcohol. They can deliver as early as 7 a.m. Hard liquor is allowed too. No maximum! You have to order food too, but can’t just order chips. More rules here: https://abra.dc.gov/node/1467596
