“A guy walks into a bar...” is a typical form of what has been called the “bar joke.” An anti-joke version is:

“A priest, a rabbi and a minister walk into a bar. The bartender says, ‘What is this, a joke?’” and “A priest, a minister and a rabbit walk into a bar. The rabbit says, ‘I think I might be a typo’“ are other joke versions. “A priest, a minister, and a rabbit walk into a blood bank. The rabbit says, ‘I think I might be type o’” is a related joke.
