Cookie sheet, cookie tray, cooking sheet, baking tray, baking sheet, sheet pan. I think my lack of commitment comes from 10-15 years of recipes from different times/places. And I’ve been catering for 5 years with women 25-82 and they all have a different word for it.

It is NOT cooking sheet. Try and find a “cooking” sheet on google and it will say baking/cookie sheet. You don’t “cook” on that sheet you “bake”.
