“Amerikkka” or “AmeriKKKa” (America + Ku Klux Klan) is a spelling of “America” used by those who think that the United States is racist and/or fascist. The spelling became popularly used by at least January 1970.
 
The “Amerikkka” slang spelling is closely associated with early 1970s civil rights movements and had fallen into disuse by the 1980s, but is still occasionally written—especially on the Internet. “Bank of Amerika” (for Bank of America) was used in April 1970 and “Bank of Amerikkka” was used in October 1970. “‘Merikkka” has been cited in print since at least the 1990s.
