The 2020 coronavirus outbreak resulted in many requirements to wear masks.
   
“Anyone else feel like Halloween is unnecessary this year? I’ve been wearing a mask and eating candy for 7 months now, I don’t think I need a day dedicated to it anymore” was posted on Facebook by Scott Daniel on October 18, 2020.
   
“Halloween. Wearing masks, eating candy, listening to scary stuff. Isn’t that what we’ve been doing the last 6 months?” is a similar saying.
