“Astronaut 1: I can’t find any milk. Astronaut 2: In space, no one can. Here, use cream”

"In space, no one can hear you scream” is an advertising tagline for the film Alien (1979) that was created by Barbara Gips.

A joke was posted on Twitter by Mrs L on October 16, 2011:

“@Schofe Deleted scene from Alien:  ‘I can’t open the milk!’ ‘In space, no one can.  Here, use cream.’”

Wikipedia: Alien (film)
Alien is a 1979 science-fiction horror film directed by Ridley Scott and written by Dan O’Bannon. Based on a story by O’Bannon and Ronald Shusett, it follows the crew of the commercial space tug Nostromo who encounter the eponymous Alien, a deadly and aggressive extraterrestrial set loose on the ship. The film stars Tom Skerritt, Sigourney Weaver, Veronica Cartwright, Harry Dean Stanton, John Hurt, Ian Holm, and Yaphet Kotto. It was produced by Gordon Carroll, David Giler and Walter Hill through their company Brandywine Productions, and was distributed by 20th Century Fox. Giler and Hill revised and made additions to the script; Shusett was executive producer. The Alien and its accompanying artifacts were designed by the Swiss artist H. R. Giger, while concept artists Ron Cobb and Chris Foss designed the more human settings.

Trivia

Copywriter Barbara Gips came up with the famed tagline: “In space, no one can hear you scream.”

8 March 1991, New York (NY) , “One-Liner Success” by Felice Buckvar, Westchester sec., pg. 2, col. 5:
“IN space no one can hear you scream,”

Barbara Gips, a New Rochelle mother of five, thought of that line for advertising the movie “Alien” while driving along Riverside Drive one evening. “I looked out at the water,” she said, “thinking how lonely it seemed at night, how lonely it must be in space. My husband, Phil, a graphic artist, had been working on the advertising for ‘Alien,’ and I had attended a screening with him. All of a sudden, that line had occurred to me.”
