American comedienne and actress Whitney Cummings posted on Twitter on February 5, 2012:

“Before you marry a person you should first make them use a computer with slow Internet to see who they truly are.”

The jocular one-line saying has been printed on many images, usually with a picture of American actor and comedian Will Ferrell, who did not create the line. A popular “Will Ferrell” Twitter account—not associated with the real person—posted the line on November 4, 2013.
