A retail development with a New York City theme has been opening in stages since 2018 at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines. Four residential towers are named Central Park West, Madison, Times Square West and Park Avenue. The community is called “Grand Central Park,” and there is a “Big Apple Mall.”
 
Other “Big Apple” shopping centers include Iso Omena (Finland’s “Big Apple” shopping center, 2001-present) and The Big Apple Shopping Bazaar (Delray Beach, Florida, 2013-present).
