Choc-block (chocolate + block)

"Choc-block” (chocolate + block) is to be blocked from having chocolate; the term “choc-block” is similar to “cock-block” (to be blocked from having sex). “Choc-block” has been cited in the Urban Dictionary since September 2009.

“Oh, choc-blocked me, bro” was spoken on the animated television sitcom American Dad! on February 14, 2010.

Urban Dictionary
Preventing your friend from eating too much chocolate, which leads to break-outs, fat butts, and cottage cheese thighs.
Not to choc-block you, but do you really need that truffle?

Urban Dictionary
When somebody prevents you from eating a delicious sugary snack, usually a chocolately delight of some sort. Just like a cockblock except with chocolate.
I was going for the fudge sundae with ravenous vigor, but my wife chocblocked me at the last moment with some sort of gay speech about heart disease and diabetes. After 13 years of marriage you would think she would want me to die to get the life insurance money. Dammit.
