CICINO (Commander-In-Chief In Name Only)

CICINO (Commander-In-Chief In Name Only) is when the President of the United States is criticized as a weak leader of the military, being led by the United Nations, the Senate, the House of Representatives, the Defense Secretary, or anyone else. The term “CICINO” has been cited in print since at least 2005 and is imitative of RINO (Republican In Name Only).
