Townhall is an American politically conservative website. Some critics have called it “Clownhall.”
 
“Once again, Jose copies an article from Clownhall” was posted on the newsgroup alt.politics.bush on June 30, 2003. “Even clownhall.com forsees Bush’s inevitable demise!” was posted on the newsgroup alt.politics.liberalism on March 4, 2004. “Why We Call Them ‘Clownhall’” was posted on Twitter by intoxination on March 24, 2009. “Townhall (a.k.a. Clownhall)” was posted on Twitter by RöckDöts on July 1, 2012.
   
“Clown hall” (clown + town hall meeting) is a related term.

Dude works for ClownHall (Townhall) and NewsMax . No wonder he doesn’t understand simple text in law. His only goal is to spread misinformation to his low educated, low information readers who will never take the time to read law cases or court briefs to understand the law.
