“Congross” (Congress + gross) is an unflattering nickname of Congress. “Congross” is often taken for a one-letter typo, so it’s often given as “ConGross” of “CONgross” or “ConGROSS.”
 
“Congross” has been cited in print since at least 2009.

The spelling is quite deliberate, and, I thought, quite appropriate – like “Democrap Party” or “Demonrat” – although I actually did make a typo the first time I hit on it – then, seeing the result, decided no correction was warranted.
