“Cornbread ain’t done in the middle” (stupid)

“Bread/Cornbread ain’t done in the middle” (a person is stupid) is a saying that has been printed on several images. Authorshup is unknown.
     
“Her bread ain’t done in the middle” was posted on the newsgroup 3do.bad-attitude on March 25, 2001. “Elevator dont go to the top. bread aint done in the middle” was posted on Twitter on January 12, 2010.
