CRAAPL (crap + Apple Inc. or AAPL)

Apple Inc. (NASDAQ symbol AAPL) is a computer electronics company; there are about 400 Apple stores worldwide. The AAPL nickname of “CRAAPL” or “crAAPL” (crap + Apple/AAPL, pronounced “crapple”) is a derogatory nickname used by those who don’t like the company or the value of its stock. The nickname “CRAAPL” has been cited in print since at least April 2002.
