Wikipedia: Croquette
A croquette (/kroʊˈkɛt/) is a type of dumpling consisting of a thick binder combined with a filling, which is breaded and deep-fried, and served as a side dish, a snack, or fast food worldwide.

The binder is typically a thick béchamel or brown sauce, mashed potatoes, wheat flour or wheat bread. The binder may be mixed with a filling or may be stuffed with it; this mixture is called a salpicon. Typical fillings include finely chopped meat, seafood, cheese, rice, pasta, or various vegetables as well as seasonings such as spices, herbs, and mushrooms.

Wikipedia: Chicken nugget
A chicken nugget is a food product consisting of a small piece of deboned chicken meat that is breaded or battered, then deep-fried or baked. Invented in the 1950s, chicken nuggets have become a very popular fast food restaurant item, as well as widely sold frozen for home use.

Chicken Croquettes with Chicken Cream Sauce
These croquettes are like chicken nuggets for grownups. They even have their own rich dipping sauce to make it a “happy meal”.
