“Dementiacrat” (dementia + Democrat) is a term sometimes used for “Democrat” by their opponents. The term has been applied both to Democrat candidates (such as Joe Biden) and to supporters.
   
“Dementiacrat” was posted on the newsgroup alt.fan.rush-limbaugh on April 28, 2006. “@DailyRushbo the dementiacrat convention where what you said yesterday its forgotten and changed today” was posted on Twitter by RG on September 4, 2012. “Lets take our country back from the Dementiacrats and liberal left!!” was posted on Twitter by Barb Bakker on September 24, 2012. “Dementiacrat When a Democrat is tring to become the president of the Usa , but can’t remember much” was entered in the Urban Dictionary on October 29, 2020.
