Did I Eat That (“diet” backronym)

“Did I Eat That” is a jocular backronym (back acronym) that is sometimes given for the word “diet.” The backronym was popularized in the book title D.I.E.T.: Did I Eat That : The Finding of Myself the Lossing of 135 Pounds (1995) by Judy Minnis Cowart.

Did I Eat That? D.I.E.T.
People are doing the best they can to stay fit. As much as possible we all want to remain slim and have firm bodies. We take a lot supplements, diet pills, exercise plans just for us to maintain if not gain the type of body that we desire or dream of. We may not be able to determine which of the things that we have been doing are “nutrition myths”.
