“Do no harm, (but) take no shit” is a saying that has been printed on many images. Authorship is unknown.

(‘Take no shit, do no harm—my two vows.’ )” was posted on the newsgroup alt.buddha.short.fat.guy on November 6, 1994. “Saw this on a t-shirt, ‘Do No Harm (but take no shit).’  haha” was posted on Twitter by Mystic Paths on June 8, 2010. “Do no harm, but take no shit” was posted on Twitter by Shadow Katan on January 24, 2011.
