The saying went viral in March 2015. “‘Eat like no one will ever see you naked’ #RNS” was posted on Twitter by jaswine on March 23, 2015. “Eat like no one is going to see you naked” was posted on Twitter by Erick Pomplun on March 28, 2015.
“Eat like no one is watching. Or dance. Whatever” is a similar saying.
