“Evilarchy” (evil + oligarchy) is a term sometimes used instead of “New World Order” or “Bilderberger” or “WEFer” or “Illuminati.” An “evilarchy” is the theory that a small group of very powerful people control the world, and that thus is evil—or at least, not in the best interests of the 99+% of the world’s population.
     
American author, film maker, talk show host, broadcaster and news correspondent Anthony J. Hilder (1935-2019) used the term “evilarchy” since at least 1992. A TikTok video of Hilder using the term in the 1990s became popular in September 2022.
