“Exercise? I thought you said extra slice”

"Exercise? I thought you said extra slice” is a pizza saying that has been printed on many images. Occasionally, however, the “slice” refers to food other than pizza.

“Exercise? I thought you said extra slice” was posted on Twitter by madi on May 5, 2015. “Exercise? I though you said Extra Slice!” was posted on Twitter by Leah on October 9, 2017.

“Exercise? I thought you said extra fries” and “Exercise? I thought you said extra rice” are similar sayings.
