“For Lease Navidad” (pun on “Feliz Navidad”)

“Feliz Navidad” (1970) is a now-classic Christmas song that was written and performed by Puerto Rican singer/songwriter José Feliciano. Real estate has many “FOR LEASE” signs, and many images show “NAVIDAD” written underneath this.

“For-Lease Navidad” was posted on the newsgroup rec.crafts.brewing on December 26, 1995. “LEASE NAVIDAD!” was printed in a car dealership ad in the Los Angeles (CA) Times on December 2, 2004. “I am so tempted to go and write ‘Navidad’ under the ‘For Lease’ sign up the street!” was posted on Twitter by Ron King on May 8, 2010.

Wikipedia: Feliz Navidad
“Feliz Navidad” ([feˈlis naβiˈðað] [naβiˈða]) is a Christmas song written in 1970 by Puerto Rican singer/songwriter José Feliciano. With its simple, heartfelt lyrics—the traditional Spanish Christmas/New Year greeting “Feliz Navidad, próspero año y felicidad” (“Merry Christmas, a prosperous year and happiness”) followed by (in English) “I wanna wish you a Merry Christmas from the bottom of my heart”—it has become a pop Christmas classic.

One other example illustrates that Sara and her bilingual friends engaged in bilingual play, though this was a less common practice: she and a friend joked about a “For Lease Navidad [Christmas]” sign in which “for lease” is a play on the Spanish word “feliz”, typically used in the Spanish-language Christmas greeting “Feliz Navidad”.
