“Grandmas never run out of hugs or cookies”

“Grandmas never run out of hugs or cookies” (or “Nana never runs out of hugs or cookies”) is a jocular saying that has been printed on many gift items, such as signs, T-shirts and aprons. “Grandmas never run out of cookies or hugs” has been cited in print since at least 1998, when the saying was printed on a refrigerator magnet. Authorship is unknown.
