“Ice sight” can sound like “eyesight.” “What you have to have to spot a glacier—GOOD ICE SIGHT” was printed in the newspaper “Jumble” puzzle by Henri Arnold and Bob Lee on July 10, 1981. “To spot a glacier you must have good ice sight” was printed in the book A Treasury of Science Jokes (1986) by Morris Goran.
