“How does North Korea celebrate Christmas?”/“With missile tows.”

“Missile tow” is a pun on “mistletoe.” “Santa knows the missile-tows the line in every way” is the line of the song “The 24 Sours Of Christmas” that dates to at least 1994.

There have been several jokes about North Korea’s missiles. “What is at the top of Kim Jong Il’s Christmas list this year? A Missile Tow #bjfriday” was posted on Twitter on December 9, 2011. “How does North Korea celebrate Christmas? With missile tows” was posted on Reddit—Jokes on December 23, 2017.

Wikipedia: Mistletoe
Mistletoe is the most common name for most obligate hemiparasitic plants in the order Santalales. They are attached to their host tree or shrub by a structure called the haustorium, through which they absorb water and nutrients from the host plant.

Buy war toys for Christmas;  have a happy holiday
Santa knows the missile-tows the line in every way
Teach those happy little children to by hell-cats when they play
And have a very merry military day
