“How many bathroom-window curtains must die needlessly to clothe golfers?”

Some people in sports—especially golfers—are known to be terrible dressers. “How many more bathroom-window curtains must die needlessly to clothe golfers?” was credited to Mike Lough in 1996.  “How many shower curtains had to die for that suit?” was said about someone in professional wrestling in 2002. “Jesus, how many shower curtains had to die for Danny Shelton’s shirt” was said in 2015 about American football player Danny Shelton.
