Huffington Joke (Huffington Post nickname)

The Huffington Post was started on May 9, 2005, by Arianna Huffington and others; the website features liberal/progressive news and opinion. “The Huffington Joke” is an infrequently used nickname that has been cited in print since at least 2008.

Other nicknames of The Huffington Post include “Huff Poop,” “Muffington Post,” “Puffington Host,” “Huffington Puffington Compost” and “Huffing Paint Post.” Another nickname of The Huffington Post (“Huff Po”) has been “Puff Ho” (since at least July 2005).

Wikipedia: HuffPost
HuffPost (formerly The Huffington Post and sometimes abbreviated HuffPo) is a liberal American news and opinion website and blog that now has both localized and international editions. It was founded in 2005 by Andrew Breitbart, Arianna Huffington, Kenneth Lerer, and Jonah Peretti. The site offers news, satire, blogs, and original content and covers politics, business, entertainment, environment, technology, popular media, lifestyle, culture, comedy, healthy living, women’s interests, and local news.

The Huffington Post was launched on May 9, 2005, as a liberal commentary outlet, blog and an alternative to news aggregators such as the Drudge Report, and it continues to maintain a politically liberal stance. On February 7, 2011, AOL acquired The Huffington Post for US$315 million, making Arianna Huffington editor-in-chief of The Huffington Post Media Group..

I clicked over to read Crier’s piece, which I liked, as I do enjoy her as a guest on Real Time.

The Huffington Joke
Rather than the touted citizen journalists we were promised with Huffington Post, we have a over managed and sanitized tabloid censored by the “Neo Lib Journalists” that masquerade as editors for Arianna.

A shout out to and a big thanks to Glenn Beck, Sarah Palin, Steve Doocy, Michael Steele and the rest of those that made The Huffington Joke’s list. Without their hard work and persistence we would not only be praying to the “global warming” gods but have a 30% increase in all energy cost and most likely have 30% unemployment or higher (with 17% today this is not unrealistic). I also finding interesting that The Huffington Joke dedicates more of their site to Governor Palin than Obama or any other individual. They must love her or fear her?
